It&#8217;s a perfect place to spend a lazy afternoon in pleasant conversation. The quality of their food and wine selection, whether tapas or &#8216;sharing plates,&#8217; is exceptional. With its amiable service and relaxed atmosphere, Bodega del Pintor has quickly become one of my preferred spots in Mijas Pueblo.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Meson_El_Olivar\"><\/span>Meson El Olivar<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Located next to the Ayuntamiento (Town Hall) in Mijas Pueblo, offers excellent value and consistently good food, attracting many locals. During summer, their BBQ options are worth trying, particularly the affordable pork chop. Note that it might get crowded in July and August, so relax with a glass of tinto verano while waiting. There&#8217;s something for everyone &#8211; from Jemma&#8217;s adoration of the guacamole tower to Ian&#8217;s fondness for the Empanadillas, and my usual choice of camembert. They offer a selection for vegetarians too, making Tara in admin quite content.
